experiential or non-academic learning based on the philosophy
that mature students often bring significant levels of learning
from life experience. Academic credit however is only awarded
for knowledge which can be well documented and which is relevant
to the degree pursued. Accordingly, the achievement principle
is not waived. Academic degrees are always awarded upon completion
of all necessary requirements. What actually differs is the
