Our service plan fees are typically paid in three stages. Please note that refund policies do not indicate that we guarantee school placement or degree completion.

1 You will receive a full refund of the first and second instalment if you are not accepted by one of the institutions recommended by your consultant.

2 You will receive a full refund of the third instalment if you were not able to complete your degree programme within a certain period of time, while not being removed from the student’s register by free will or by force and not failing to comply with programme requirements within a reasonable and common period of time.

3 Your consultant calculates the aggregate amount of application, enrolment, evaluation and tuition fees required by the college or university. If the actual fees extend this amount, we will refund the difference. This means that you pay never more than a certain over-all amount for the entire degree programme.
